April Crafting Location

Hi all! Just wondering who was hosting April's craft day... Leah is it you? If we wanted to meet here I'd be more than willing to have it! I don't want to break any idle rules or step on any crafty toes. Let me know when and where we want to meet. Hope you're all doing well!

Clay Magnet Creations

Just thought I'd touch base about the next crafty get-together... polymer clay goodness... I picked up a multipack of colors of clay, each piece is only 1 little oz though, so if there is a color (like orange?) that may be popular, should I pick up more of those certain colors? Post in the comments if there are certain colors we might need more of.
Maggie said she'd bring some magnets, and I'll have the clay, the only other things necessary are tools (like exacto blades and other nifty clay tools) of which I have some, but if you want to bring some little tools, by all means please do.

Oh and the meeting date, any opinions? Tuesday - April 7th or April 14th - either works for me.

Paintz trip to the desert

Yep, floral ballz! Though they don't smell any better than the regular kind... Paintz was gone on his desert trip so I got a little crafty in the evening, watching some Magnum PI and hot gluing some flowerz on some ballz...


Lit on the back porch! Think I need more christmas lightz in there...

And last, a picture of ZOMBIE BABY muching on some poor baby's brainz. Well, really, Tony is just a doll, but don't tell Ayla!

The Ballz Are Up

They look good... although I think I need to get a smaller light-bulb... the energy saver coily deal is really bright and the orange balls don't disguise/shade it when its on... I noticed the white ball has a much smaller light in it... hm...

Thanks Gemz for having us all over and showing us such a good time! My lamps turned out amazing... orangey goodness... I popped the balloons this morning and put a light in one (I can't decide if I want to put the light near the top or in the middle of the big one)... and I also had a brilliant thought to make this easy process even easier - spray the balloons with spray-glue before starting to wrap the thread around it, that way the thread wouldn't slip around. Oh yeah.
